Purpose
These terms define the conditions for accessing and using Inside.fr.

Service access
- The service is available online.
- Some features require an artist account.
- The service may change, be suspended or interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

Artist account
- The artist provides accurate information.
- The artist protects the confidentiality of login details.
- Any account use is deemed to be made by its holder.
- Fraudulent use must be reported promptly to the publisher.

Download links
- The artist may create download links.
- Requirements may be configured before file access.
- The artist remains solely responsible for published files, titles, visuals, links and information.

Uploads and files
The service may accept WAV, FLAC, MP3 and ZIP files.
The artist agrees not to submit:
- Illegal, infringing, hateful or discriminatory content.
- Malware, misleading files or privacy-infringing content.
- Content for which the artist lacks sufficient rights.
Problematic files or links may be removed or disabled.

Content rights
- The artist retains rights to their content.
- The artist allows Inside.fr to host, store, display and provide the content solely to operate the service.
- The artist guarantees having the required rights.

Third-party services
- Requirements may relate to third-party platforms.
- Spotify, SoundCloud, Instagram and other services remain independent from Inside.fr.
- Their use remains subject to their own terms.
- Without an official API, some requirements operate by declaration.
- With an API, technical validation may occur according to granted permissions.

Spotify
- The end user may be redirected to Spotify to authorize the action.
- The service may add the configured artist and track or album to the user’s Spotify library.
- The download may unlock after this action is verified.
- An audit record may include the Spotify ID, display name and email provided by Spotify.
- No Spotify access token or refresh token is retained.
- Spotify manages permissions and authentication.

Download
- The download becomes available after configured requirements are validated.
- Permanent file availability is not guaranteed.
- Files may be removed, disabled or made unavailable.

Prohibited conduct
- Intrusion attempts or requirement bypassing.
- Abusive use or malicious file uploads.
- Identity theft or infringement of third-party rights.
- Distribution of illegal content.

Moderation
The publisher may suspend an account, disable a link or remove content after abuse, a report, legal or technical risk, or a breach of these terms.

Liability
- The service is provided as is.
- The publisher is not responsible for content published by artists.
- The publisher is not responsible for outages, data loss, configuration errors or third-party unavailability.
- The artist remains responsible for compliant use.

Personal data
Data is used to provide and secure the service.
It may include the artist account, email, files, statistics, IP address, user agent, technical logs and requirement validations.

Reporting
Disputed content can be reported to [email protected].
A report must include the relevant URL, its reason and information identifying the issue.

Changes to terms
These terms may change at any time. The applicable version is the one available when the service is used.

Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. An amicable solution will be sought before legal action.
